Pre-event, we’ll be posting WODs, event updates, and heat times. Post-event, there will be pictures and results. From now until then, there will be all the fun and all the smackdown!\nNEW For 2022: MIXED PARTNERS COMP!\nCoaches Kat and Shawn have been hard at work planning this great event, and all your coaches hope YOU will compete!\nOpen to the local CrossFit community, not just NCFIT Sky Island/CFH members!
