Beginner T’ai Chi Chih
T’ai Chi Chih consists of 19 movements and one pose that help develop inner energy and may improve health and peace of mind. Taught by certified instructor Colleen Knight, T’ai Chi Chih may be done sitting or standing and requires no particular level of physical fitness or coordination. No special clothing or equipment is needed.
Classes are held at the Ethel H. Berger Center on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (choose one weekly session). Register for the class by calling (520) 458-7922 or
