GRIT Public Workout 6 (FREE)
As athletes, we know workouts are easier when we have a group of people pushing each other to work hard.
If you’d like to join us, we will be doing a number of band workouts at the Veterans Memorial Park. We will meet by the volleyball sand pit at the southwest corner of the park.
Resistance band workouts are a great way to build strength and coordination.
Everyone is invited!
If you have loop resistance bands, please bring them; if not, we will have extra for participants to borrow.
