GRIT Public Workout 7 (FREE)
As athletes, we know workouts are easier when we have a group of people pushing each other to work hard.
If you’d like to join us, we will be doing a number of core strength workouts at the Veterans Memorial Park. We will meet by the volleyball sand pit at the southwest corner of the park.
Everyone is invited!
