The Screaming Banshee Pizza (cocktails/lunch/dinner)
Sassy, sexy pizza & wine joint with ferocious, creative cocktails and menu items that will make you blush if the hot staff doesn’t. Acoustic music on the patio.
The Bisbee Grand Saloon (hotel/bar/lunch – late, Sunday brunch)
Historic, picturesque old western saloon/hotel with a wormhole to another dimension. Groovy bands playing in the window of the lounge next to the million-year old piano (not for climbing, as we found out). May or may not be haunted..come feel it out. Ask for their special locally-made Chiltipin juice to be added to your Bloody Mary for that extra kick.
The Courtyard (wine/beer in the evenings, Sunday mimosa brunch)
Featuring our friends from Rune Wines serving up their local blends, plus delicious handpicked beers on tap in this charming outdoor courtyard on the gulch with festive lights across a canopy of trees.
Old Bisbee Brewing Company (beer made on-site, brats and chili for snacks)
Majestic outdoor patio atop the tap room of the best brewery in Cochise County! Made by master-craftsmen, sip some Stout or Salut over mellow acoustic patio vibes in the mountain air, overlooking all the action on historic Brewery Gulch.
St. Elmo Bar (bar/dancing)
When it’s time to get down and dirty and put your serious party hats on, you’ll find yourself at Elmo’s, most likely dancing and making those debaucherous memories to a funk band or something spicy. No-joke Bloody Marys await you and your hangover. Pretty sure this is one of the oldest bars in all of the land.
The Quarry (bar/kitchen open breakfast-late night, Sunday brunch)
Absolutely universally tasty hand-crafted food all-day and night, even late late. Music may be more of an acquired taste, you’ll always find something interesting and unique here. Get those biscuits and gravy with a devilish hand-made brine + pickled veg Bloody Mary in the morning, all lovingly prepared by a staff of vixens.
The Silver King (pet-friendly hotel/bar)
Arizona’s smallest bar! The Rm. 4 bar may be tiny but is well-stocked with top-shelf choices, get your single-malt scotch and craft beer here while enjoying beautiful and sometimes unusual acoustic music on the patio. At night curl up inside the lounge to enjoy intimate and powerful acoustic performances.
Grassy Park (outdoor, family-friendly / Saturday 10-5pm only)
On your way to the Gulch from Main Street or Subway Street, you’ll likely traipse through the park area with the old train pieces in it, across the street from the Mel’s Bisbee Bodega. Here you’ll find a relaxing space with chill live acoustic music and energizing, recharging, hydrating beverages, fun stuff, vendors and vibes.
The Jonquil Motel (backyard party)
Just a hop skip and a jump past the Banshee you’ll find this super sweet spot behind the gorgeous 1930’s Jonquil Motel with an earthy outdoor stage and vibes for days. Micro fest with bevs and snacks.
BIsbee Social Club (new! all-ages basement space on Main St.)
Just a couple doors up from the Bisbee Grand, find the steps down to this swanky, intimate private club. Get coffee late at night and catch rad sets.
