EVENT PROMOTION INFORMATION
There are 3 levels of event promotion.
LEVEL 1
COST $25
($10 ea/repeat in the same month)
What’s included? Custom event icon that shows up in all relevant calendar feeds and within the event post, helping your event stand out and catch the eye. You can also add your event flier or other imagery inside the event post. We can design icons and fliers if you need or you can provide your own. See examples below.
LEVEL 2
COST $50
($20 ea/repeat in the same month)
What’s included? You get the custom icon and additional imagery that comes with Level 1, and your event will show up in our “Upcoming Featured Events Carousels” at the top of our Home Page, the Main Event Calendar page, and on the Event Calendar Page of the Town / Area where your event is happening. See example below.
LEVEL 3
COST $150
($50 ea/repeat in the same month)
What’s included? You get the custom icon and additional imagery that comes with Level 1, and you get the “Upcoming Featured Events Carousels” placement that comes with Level 2. Additionally, we will post a video about your event on Instagram and Facebook (in our stories and on our main account pages) on the day of your choosing. Your video will get at least 2000 views from people guaranteed to be residing in or visiting the area. We will design and produce the video (cost included), or you can submit your own video (max length 60 seconds). See example video below.

COST – VARIABLE
If you regularly host events and want to promote multiple events in the same campaign, or if you have other unique event promotion needs, (such as happy hours or food specials, political, large event, etc) we are happy to put together a custom plan with you to get the most exposure at the best price. Click on the “Promote Event” button below and fill out the form to get started.
To promote an event, you must first add the event to our calendar. If you haven’t added it yet, click the button to do it now and you’ll be taken back here after your event is added.
If you have already added your event, click the “Promote Event” button and fill out the form. We will be in touch ASAP to discuss promotional options with you.
RESTAURANT AND BAR PROMOTION
If it’s not already, we will add your Restaurant or Bar to our directory for free. If you want to have your listing displayed in the relevant featured areas you can pay to promote it.
The base cost to add your event to the Featured areas is $100 per month. If you want, you can place a blind bid for a premium position. Every month, we will re-order the featured sections to put the highest bidders first in line. Base rate clients will be listed first come-first served after the premium bidders. There are a maximum of 5 spots per town/area. See example below.
We work hard to optimize our pages for search engines, and our pages usually show up in the first page of results for relevant local searches (i.e. “Sierra Vista restaurants”).
Happy Hour and Food Specials promotion is treated the same as basic Event Promotion. Click the “Promote Food/Happy Hour” button below to see details.
WEBSITE DISPLAY ADS
Every page on our site has 2 display ad positions. The display ad product includes free in house design and the image will link out to whatever webpage you want.
If you would like to become the occupant of one or both display ad positions, you can place a bid. The current occupant always has the right of refusal, so if they want, they can match your bid and keep the spot, or they can decide to pass and you will gain the spot. Once you occupy a spot, you have the same right, and if you give up the spot, you will have priority to resume at your previous rate (or the highest current bid) if the succeeding occupant decides to forfeit the spot.
